GINTASSET’s partner Mrs. Le Thi Huong Giang holds a degree in Law from Hanoi Law College and in juristic at Judicial Academy, Ministry of Justice. She received IP training in Georgetown University, Washington D.C., USA.  Ms. Giang used to be Manager of Trademark & Copyright Department of a top tier local law firm for 8 years and also worked for the National Committee for International Economic Co-operation (NCIEC) as a Government Official. She is fluent is English, Russian and Mandarin.

Mrs. Giang has been invited to act as a lecturer at numerous national and international seminars.

She is now a member of APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association) and VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Xuan Hong

Mrs. NGUYEN Thi Xuan Hong, GINTASSET’s partner and Head of Trade Mark possesses a degree in Economics & Finance from Vietnam National Economic University and a Law degree from Hanoi Law College & and in juristic at Judicial Academy, Ministry of Justice, Vietnam. She read IP laws in the Polytechnic University at Pomona, California, USA. Prior to joining Gintasset, Ms. Hong was Head of Appeal Department of a top tier local IP practice in Hanoi. She speaks English and Russian.

She is now a member of APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association) and VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).
