- A Notarized Power of Attorney from the Owner.
- The Certificate of Trademark Registration/original industrial design Patent (required at filing).
Note: The validity term of trademark registration is ten years from regular filing date, and may then be renewed indefinitely for further periods of ten years. The validity term of the industrial design registration is 5 years from the regular filing date and effective from the granting date, with possible extension of two additional 5-year periods (max: 15 years).
